Everyone deserves access to serenity and health in a judgment-free environment. Period.

Bodywork should be welcoming and inclusive: to people of all body types, all abilities, all gender identities, all skin colors, all sexual orientations, all beliefs, and all backgrounds.

And yet, so often it seems that anxiety and fear keeping people from giving themselves the care they deserve.

It’s my mission to change that.

If you’ve ever felt this way: you’re not alone. And it doesn’t have to be that way.

This space is here for you. It’s a safe space. It’s BIPOC inclusive and welcoming to all Queer and Trans individuals. It’s welcome to everyone, including those who have ever felt marginalized because of their shape, skin color, sexuality, or ability.

No matter your body type, age, ability, gender, sexuality — everyone should have access to a licensed professional massage therapist for quality massage therapy and bodywork. Trust and comfort are key, and at Body Philosophy, that relationship is paramount. Every massage is mindfully offered to address your body’s current state and help you achieve your future health and wellness goals.

At Body Philosophy, I offer a wide variety of waxing services using the highest-quality, cruelty-free brands. The waxes are completely organic, non-toxic, non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free, and free from artificial colors and fragrances. From leg waxes, eyebrow waxes, to arm waxes or a bikini wax — We are here to help you feel your best throughout the year. We are Brazilian wax experts and one of just a handful of facilities in NE Wisconsin to offer this service for all-genders and all-anatomy.

Skincare is healthcare, not an indulgence, and my philosophy on caring for our skin is about a lot more than just looking good. At Body Philosophy, all skincare treatments and products are organic, cruelty-free, vegan, and made from natural ingredients whenever possible. My approach is all about restoring and nurturing the health of your skin, naturally, and loving the skin we are in, no matter what chronological age we are.

Holistic experiences

Designed to improve the health and beauty of the skin and body while simultaneously de-stressing and restoring, Body Philosophy offers several combination services to enhance your time on the table. Current offered experiences include: Balance + Harmony (A Swedish Massage w/ an ayurvedic-inspired facial) or East + West (A Swedish massage combined with the ancient art of Shirodhara).
